For U.S. orders, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
For Canada orders, delivery times may vary by location and customs clearance. Most Canada orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or other unexpected circumstances.
Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and with all original tags or labels attached.
Please contact us before sending any item back. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a return or refund.
